Since 2023, HiLo 8080 has been available, featuring 4 brushes powered by a single 48V electric motor, a 80 cm track capable of increasing productivity by 23% compared to the base model, without additional costs.
Hilo 8080, crafted by KlinMak®, is the ideal machine for periodic cleaning of spaces ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 sq. meters (supermarkets, workshops, industrial facilities, car showrooms, logistics, commercial establishments, etc.).
It is the world’s first machine to adopt KlinMak®‘s patent for using a single motor to rotate 4 brushes, simplifying the transmission and leading to significant energy savings.

Compact, for total control by the operator.
HiLo 8080 is highly compact, and the front head allows total control of the cleaning service: compared to versions with an underbody head, expensive manual touch-ups are avoided. In simple terms, the operator sees where and how the flooring is being cleaned. Additionally, power steering ensures the operator a unique and pleasant driving experience.
The floor scrubber that takes electromechanics to the next level.
The use of electronics is limited to the traction control only, while brushes and turbine are traditionally controlled by robust contactors. This results in minimal maintenance and a consequent sustainable machine cost.

L’asciugatura è contigua alle spazzole e quindi le 3 ruote rimangono sempre asciutte. La testata lavante ha la possibilità di regolare la pressione sulla superficie da un valore massimo a zero, massimizzando l’efficacia pulente o minimizzando la potenza assorbita. Non teme impieghi gravosi o prolungati, anzi ne risaltano la qualità e l’affidabilità. Ridottissimi i costi di manutenzione.
